Robert Beck

Why Foreign Policy Matters

Robert (Bob) Beck spent more than 30 years abroad in the U.S. foreign policy estab-lishment. He was in Prague for Eastern Europe’s historic transition from communism to capitalism, in Syria and Iraq during the global war on terror and in Thailand amidst the strategic contest with China for influence in South-east Asia.

Beck will discuss how America’s continued productive engagement with the world matters to the country, even to small-town New Hampshire.
